Here's one of the most creative marketing ideas I've ever heard of in commercial/industrial real estate:

A commercial industrial real estate company obtained a listing agreement for an industrial development of several hundred thousand square feet. Because of the location and specific features that the development offered, the listing agents targeted 10 large manufacturing companies that they believed were the most likely candidates to be interested in the development. As the first step in the marketing program the agents sent an expensive leather golf bag to each of the CEOs of the ten targeted companies. On each leather bag was the name of the development itself, and inside of each golf bag was one golf club. Every 1-2 weeks thereafter each of the CEOs received a special delivery of one additional golf club to place in their new golf bag complete with special packaging and advertising about the development.

What a great, creative way to keep a listing constantly in the minds of your ideal target market!
